Version 0.2.6

  • Added Albanian, Amharic, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Bosnian, Burmese, Catalan (Spain), Filipino, Macedonian, Sinhala, Somali, Tamil, Uzbek and Yoruba.
  • Chinese is now split into separate Mandarin and Cantonese translation choices.

Version 0.2.5

  • Added Gemini 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7 Flash as optional translation models while keeping Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite as the recommended default.
  • The model picker now explains typical free-tier request limits so you can choose a model that fits full-length subtitle translation.
  • Low-quota models are paced more carefully, and repeated player requests no longer waste translation attempts after Gemini reports a quota failure.

Version 0.2.4

  • Added an optional secondary target language, so one profile can provide subtitles in two languages.
  • Added SubDL and SubSource alongside OpenSubtitles. Connect one or more providers and SubTranslate searches each one.
  • Subtitle choices now identify their provider while keeping the best release matches first.

Version 0.2.3

Virtual translation links are now valid for up to 10 minutes. This reduces failures when selecting a translation after leaving the subtitle menu open for a while.
